How to return
- Email hello@gaffgadgets.com with your order number.
- We send a prepaid label (free within the US).
- Drop the parcel off — refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival.
Exchanges
Want a different model instead? We ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned, so you're not waiting twice.
Exceptions
Returns must be within 30 days of delivery and include all accessories. Physical damage from accidents falls outside the returns policy.
